Cleantastic.ie maintains the right to implement revisions to any aspect of these terms and conditions, with no obligation to provide prior notification.


When availing Cleantastic.ie services through telephone, e-mail, or our website, the Client is entering into an agreement and thereby consents to adhere to the terms and conditions set forth by Cleantastic.ie.


The Client acknowledges that the stated price encompasses labour costs exclusively. Any cleaning materials, tools, or related supplies provided by the principal will result in additional charges."**

1. A minimum duration of 4 hours per cleaning session is required.


Cleantastic.ie reserves the right to temporarily halt cleaning services if weekly/monthly payments are not received.


"Should you receive any estimates regarding the anticipated duration of our operatives' task, kindly understand that these are rough approximations derived from the average time taken to clean a space of similar size. Given the inherent variability in cleaning tasks, providing exact timings can be challenging, and a certain degree of flexibility may be required."


"The Client agrees to supply a list of tasks along with all necessary cleaning materials and equipment for the job, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon with Cleantastic.ie Services Ltd. In the event that the Client does not have the required cleaning materials and requests Cleantastic.ie to procure them, the Client understands that an applicable charge will be incurred. It is expected that all cleaning equipment provided by the Client is in safe and operational condition. Please be aware that the quoted price covers labour only, and any additional cleaning materials or tools provided by the service will result in extra charges."


- Cleantastic.ie kindly requests customers to provide any special instructions for deactivating/activating household alarm systems, as we cannot take responsibility for triggering them.


- In cases where materials are deemed unsuitable for cleaning or treatment upon inspection, Cleantastic.ie reserves the right to halt the job in consideration of the best outcome.


- Should essential resources like water or power be unavailable, or if interference arises from the Client or others, the job may need to be postponed and a small fee is apply (€50)


- Our cleaners may, with respect, take before and after photos for internal purposes only, helping address any potential concerns raised in client reviews within Cleantastic.ie

1. End of Tenancy Cleaning:

   This comprehensive cleaning service is designed to restore a property to pristine condition after a tenancy period has concluded. It encompasses thorough cleaning of all areas, including living spaces, kitchens, bathrooms, and any additional rooms or features within the property. Our professional team employs high standard techniques and good cleaning agents to ensure a spotless and inviting environment for the next occupants.


2. One-Off Cleaning:

   This specialised service is tailored for occasions when a deep, thorough clean is desired, but not on a regular basis. It's ideal for seasonal refreshes, special events, or simply when a comprehensive clean is in order. Our expert cleaners dedicate meticulous attention to detail, targeting even hard-to-reach areas to rejuvenate your space and create a welcoming atmosphere.


3. After Builders Cleaning::

   Post-construction or renovation projects often leave behind a considerable amount of dust, debris, and residual mess. Our After Builders Cleaning service is designed to tackle this specific challenge. Our skilled team is equipped with the necessary tools and expertise to efficiently remove construction residue, ensuring your space is not only clean but also safe and ready for use.


Each of these services is executed with precision, employing best practices and eco-friendly cleaning products, providing you with a seamless and satisfying experience.


"The client is advised that end of tenancy cleaning may necessitate double the time allocation in comparison to a standard cleaning session. For specialised services such as After Builders Cleaning, After Party Cleaning, or homes that have been notably neglected, the cleaning process may extend to up to three times longer than a well-maintained property of similar size. This estimation is provided to ensure thoroughness and meticulous attention to detail in delivering a pristine living environment."


2. PAYMENTS


"We kindly request full payment upon completion of the cleaning session. Clients have the option to conveniently settle their accounts online following the service. Additionally, payments can be made by bank transfer payable to Cleantastic.ie Services Ltd., also upon completion of the service. Your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these payment terms are greatly appreciated." "Payment can be securely made in advance using a debit or credit card, either online or over the phone. Please be aware that a 3% surcharge will be applied for credit card payments. It's important to note that Cleantastic.ie holds client card details in strict confidence and will not disclose them to any third party."


"Client authorises Cleantastic.ie to charge outstanding amounts, including parking and congestion fees, to the provided debit/credit card. Late payments may incur extra charges. Any complaints must be reported within 24 hours; otherwise, full payment as agreed will proceed."


1. "Unpaid invoices after 30 days may incur a 15% collection fee. Your agreement covers reasonable collection costs."

2. "If clients are absent and cleaners wait for an half hour without contact, a full charge will apply."


3. COMPLAINS AND CLAIMS


"Notification of any issues regarding service quality, breakage, or theft is requested within 24 hours. Failure to do so may preclude refunds or recovery cleanings. Cleantastic.ie insists on the Client or their representative's presence at both the start and end of the cleaning session for a thorough inspection. Any necessary adjustments will be promptly addressed. Should the Client remain dissatisfied, Cleantastic.ie is committed to re-clean any areas or items on the same or next days"


"Complaints must be submitted in writing (letter, email, or photos provided within 24 hours of the cleaning session. Fragile items should be secured or removed. We aim to address complaints within 5 working days. Please note, complaints based on an Inventory check report filed after 24 hours will not be accepted. Excluded from liability: cash, jewellery, sentimental items, art, and antiques."


"Key replacement/locksmith fees apply if our operatives lose keys, up to €20 per household. For damages caused by us, we'll attempt repairs. If not possible, we'll credit the Client via our insurance, proven to be our fault."


"Cleantastic.ie is not liable for: traffic delays, equipment issues, insufficient resources provided by the Client, third-party interference, or minor damages up to €50."


"Cleantastic.ie maintains both public and employer's liability insurance. This policy extends coverage to any accidental damages caused by our operators, provided they are reported within 24 hours of the service date."


"The insurance does not cover potential breakdowns of appliances. The Client must notify of any poorly fixed or non-functioning items. Confidential company documents may not be shared."


4. CLIENT SATISFACTION


"The Client acknowledges that refunds are not provided. In the event of dissatisfaction with the cleaning service, a complaint must be registered within 24 hours of job completion. Cleantastic.ie retains the discretion to schedule a re-cleaning with a cleaner. The Client's presence is essential during the re-cleaning, and Cleantastic.ie may arrange for this service once, if necessary."


5. CANCELLATION

"The Client has the option to cancel a scheduled cleaning job up to 24 hours prior to the agreed start time. In the event that a Cleaner has already been confirmed, any deposit can be applied towards a rescheduled cleaning within 4 months (no refunds will be issued). The Client agrees to a cancellation fee of EUR 20, which is relative to the quoted amount, should they cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice."

"After the termination of the cleaning service, as per the service agreement with Cleantastic.ie Services Ltd. The Client commits to refraining from engaging or utilising any domestic services provided by a present or former cleaner introduced by the company. Should the Client wish to engage such services within a span of 3 months, a referral fee of €500 is requisite."
